The project includes the complete reconstruction of the road leading to the Douglas Landfill, including N 8th St, Clough St, and Landfill Rd. Payment for the various items of the Bid Schedule, as further specified herein, shall include all compensation to be received by the CONTRACTOR for furnishing all tools, equipment, supplies and manufactured articles, and for all labor, operations, and incidentals appurtenant to the items of work being described, as necessary to complete the various items of the Work, all in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including all appurtenances thereto, and including all costs of compliance with the regulations of public agencies having jurisdiction, including Safety and Health Requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA) and Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety Department (WOHS). No separate payment will be made for any item that is not specifically set forth in the Bid Schedules, and all costs therefor shall be included in the prices named in the Bid Schedules for the various appurtenant items of Work. The quantities of work or material stated in unit price items of the Bid are supplied only to give an indication of the general scope of the Work; the ENGINEER does not expressly or by implication, agree that the actual amount of work or material will correspond therewith, and reserves the right after award to increase or decrease the quantity of any unit price item of the Work without a change in the unit price, and shall include the right to delete any Bid Item in its entirety. Payment for materials and labor will be based on actual quantities furnished, installed, or constructed in accordance with the prices bid for unit price items. Lump sum items will not change to reflect actual quantities or services rendered, unless those items are completely deleted from the project.
