** As of June 19, 2024 this project has been awarded to Stuckey Construction with an amount of $1,228,935.28 .** The project includes, but not limited to, construction of a restrooms shelter building, splashpad, utilities, fitness equipment installation, trails, and boardwalk(s). Site Directions: Horizon Park 6598 112th Avenue Pre-Qualification: Yes The form provided for Bidders Proof of Responsibility shall be completed and returned to the Director of Engineering not less than five (5) days before the date of bid opening. Bidders must comply with the requirements included in Section 5.001 of the Code of General Ordinances for the City of Kenosha regarding Protection In Public Bidding. The proposed improvements consist of supplying all the necessary labor, material, and equipment to satisfactorily construct and install all improvements according to the plans and specifications designated as Project No. 24-1435
