This is a "public works" project as defined in Labor Code 1720. Contractor and its Subcontractor shall be registered with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5, subd. (f) and must pay prevailing wage per Labor Code 1771.

Should the State determine Contractor is a target of Economic Sanctions or is conducting prohibited transactions with sanctioned individuals or
entities, that shall be grounds for rejection of the Contractor's bid/proposal any time prior to contract execution, or, if determined after contract execution, shall be grounds for termination by the State.
