Site work for a mixed-use development in Garden City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 17, 2024 project awarded to Motor City Fence for $102,500 and Simone for $908,000. The Garden City Public School District's Board of Education to provide tennis & pickleball court reconstruction at Garden City Middle School. Proposed work includes site work, drainage, post-tensioned concrete, fencing, acrylic surfacing, and bleachers. Bond Notes: A Bid Bond executed by a Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the Garden City Public School System or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the Bid shall be submitted with any Bid. All Bids shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days. Labor and Material & Performance Bond Successful Bidders whose Bids are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payments Bonds by a Treasury listed surety in the amount of 100% of their Bid. The cost of Bond(s) shall be included in each Bid. Owner Rights: The Garden City Public School System's Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
