The Town of Waterford is requesting proposals and pricing quotations from qualified contractors for, among others, wastewater or storm water system minor repairs, or minor new construction. It is understood that not all contractors will be available at all times and that the Town could call the contractor of its choice based on the urgency, the nature of the work needed, price, expertise, availability, or any other reason. Work to be performed under this contract may include: Open cut or No-Dig repair or replacement of sewers piping (CIP, DIP, PVC, concrete), spot lining, segmented lining, or gel injection repairs, Repair or replacement of sewer manholes, or any of its components, Install sewer laterals on public property, Assist WUC staff with equipment and/or personnel while such WUC staff is doing work at the field or any of our pumping stations, If requested by DPW, repair or replacement of DPW storm water pipes, catch basins, etc., Repair of water pipes or other waterworks related appurtenances at Town owned properties. (Not for work under agreement with, and under the responsibility of the City of New London). Other minor infrastructure repairs requested by WUC, or any other Town department. This contract will be effective at the signing date and continuing until June 30, 2026. The WUC may choose to extend this contract for an additional two years.
