This project consists of the conversion from septic to sewer system on Arrow Blvd between Ilex Street to Beech Avenue, Cherry Avenue from Arrow Blvd to Foothill Blvd, and Beech Avenue from Arrow Blvd to Foothill Blvd per the City's Master Plan of Sewer (see Exhibit A). The project's infrastructure goal is to construct sewer mainlines to fully serve the identified locations including but not limited to reconstruction of curb, gutter and ADA complaint curb ramps as a result of street rehabilitation improvements warranted by the project. The work shall be designed as phased work for bidding and construction purposes. Sewer connections to existing properties will not be part of this project.
