Schedule A includes construction of approximately +-400 LF of 8-inch D.I. water main pipeline along 148th Ave NE, connections to existing water main, other appurtenances, water services, fire hydrants, HMA trench patching, edge grind, asphalt overlay, striping and surface restoration. All Schedule A work within the City of Woodinville's right of way shall be completed at night per the Right-of-Way Permit. Schedule B includes construction of approximately +-4,900 LF of 8-inch D. 1. water main pipeline along 148th Ave NE and 140th Pl NE, +-150 LF of trenchless construction under an existing culvert., connections to existing water main, other appurtenances, water services, fire hydrants, HMA trench patching, edge grind, asphalt overlay, striping and surface restoration. The Engineer's Estimate is $2,200,000 - $2,800,000, excluding sales tax. All bidding and all construction shall, be carried out in compliance with the plans and specifications for this project. The work must be completed within 210 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed. Notice to proceed will be set as the date of the preconstruction meeting. Bids are to be submitted only on the form provided in the specifications, and all bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or bid bond payable to the Woodinville Water District in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid including sales tax. Bid forms must be submitted intact. "Intact'' shall mean having the "Advertisement for Bids" through, and including the "Wage Rate Schedule" (pages A, 1-89, and Section 00820) securely fastened together, including any Addenda, with no pages or sections missing. A performance and payment bond in the full amount of the Contract will be required. The Bidder shall guarantee the Total Bid Price for a period of 60 calendar days from the opening of the Bid.
