Site work for a water / sewer project in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed generally includes, but is not limited to the following: Location of Work: Along abandoned Brighton Canal (about 2350 South) 2600 West to Redwood Road. 1. Installation of storm drain, including pipe and boxes, and removal of existing pipe, boxes, and culvert. 2. Other work normally encountered during construction on improved and unimproved properties. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified for this project. To Proceed. It is anticipated that Notice to Proceed will be given on Monday, June 10, 2024. The work will be substantially completed 150 Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A pre-bid conference will not be held.
