Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work comprises of the asphalt overlay of 6200 South. This includes the furnishing and installation of Fiber Reinforced PG64-34, SP-1/2, 75 Nd asphalt concrete overlay, the lowering and raising of utility manholes, valves, and monuments, as well as replacing damaged curb and sidewalk, and installing traffic markings and striping per plans. Work shall be conducted after school ends in June and be complete before October 1, 2024. N-4 LOCATION OF THE WORK: The Work to be constructed is located along 6200 South from 5600 West to approximately Dixie Drive in West Jordan and Kearns, Utah, as shown on the project plan set located in Appendix A. All such questions should be received May 1, 2024, by 10:00 a.m. MST. The City has determined the Bidder shall possess the following contractor licenses at the time of the bid submittal: Utah General Contractor License E100. If the City requests proof of a Bidder s General Contractor s License, Bidder must provide such to the City within 3 business days from the time of the Citys request.
