Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: SLCC WVC Landscape and Site Repairs 3460 South 5600 West, West Valley City, UT 84128 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is NONRESPONSIVE. For questions relating to U3P, please email sciquestadmin@utah.gov. SLCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of SLCC. Completion Time: 6 weeks Liquidated Damages: $350.00 per day The performance and payment bonds shall be for an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum and secured from a company that meets the requirements specified in the requisite forms. Any bonding requirements for subcontractors will be specified in the Supplementary General Conditions. Question Submission Close Date 4/26/2024 3:00 PM MDT All clarifications from SLCC will be in writing and issued as an addendum to the IFB. Addenda will be posted on the U3P website.
