Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents. The complete construction of a new city park Includes site clearing and grubbing, excavation and earth work, rough grading, top soil screening, irrigation system installation with controller, top soil placement, finish grading, sod/hydroseed/drill seed turf, trees, shrubs, groundcover, utilities installation, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, asphalt roadways and parking, structure erection, prefabricated concrete boardwalk installation, pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge installation, pre-fabricated pavilion installation, playground installation, impact material installation, lights and light piers, electrical systems, electrical service, gates and fencing, drinking fountain and park sign. 2. Other work normally encountered during construction on improved and unimproved properties. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified for this project. CONTRACT TIME A. The work will be substantially completed in 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
