Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Plains, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will consist of a base bid. The Base Bid consists of the construction of roadway improvements including but not limited to: earthwork, roadway reconstruction, sidewalk, drainage, lighting, pavement marking, signing, mechanically stabilized earth retaining walls, bridge construction (2), and erosion control on the U.S. Highway 160 in West Plains, Missouri. The successful Bidder shall comply with certain insurance requirements as specified in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each bid.
