The project generally comprises of the installation of a 600,000 gallon elevated steel spheroid water storage tank on Technology Drive, installation of yard piping and connection to an existing water main, mixing system, telemetry system, and restoration to seeded and other areas disturbed by construction operations. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidders shall have a minimum (5) year, (5) project documented experience in the type of Work required by this Project. The cost of each project included in each Bidders questionnaire must be in excess of $250,000 in order to be considered project experience. Bidder will be responsible for determining Substantial Completion and Final Completion dates based on the approximate Intent to Award date of July 8, 2024, and Notice to Proceed date of August 12, 2024. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. See Instructions to Bidders for other provisions on the time available for acceptance of Bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for five percent (5%) of the Bid total.
