This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction work at Brown V Board of Education National Historical Park in Topeka, KS. This is a Sealed Bid. The work consists of: demo and replace existing EDPM roofing and tapered insulation to match existing on the auditorium flat roof, auditorium vestibule, two upper flat roofs. The existing gutter liner will be used as the base material for a new gutter liner. It also includes removal and replacement of the existing Sno-Trace (or equal) system with an upgraded commercial snow melt system.
