This project consists of removal and replacement of failing concrete pavement panels on SW 17th Street at the driveway entrance of the parking area located between SW Wanamaker Road. and SW Arvonia Place. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 at 12:00 PM CT A traffic disruption permit is required prior to the start of work. The Bidder understands that if Bidder fails to specify a subcontractor for any portion of the Work to be performed under the contract or specifies more than one subcontractor for the same portion of the Work, Bidder shall be deemed to have agreed that Bidder is fully qualified to perform that portion and cannot sublet or subcontract that portion of the Work . The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects and minor irregularities in the bids received.
