Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City intends to enter into a written agreement with multiple contractors submitting pricing for the work described in these specifications. Work performed under the resulting contracts will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material following the repair, replacement, or restoration of failed or damaged, City owned assets associated with water infrastructure. Restoration work includes street pavement, curb and gutter, approach pavement, sidewalk, and yard restoration. Q And A Open4/30/2024 2:01:00 AM Q And A Close5/10/2024 3:30:00 AM The City of Topeka, Standard Technical Specifications Current Edition shall be considered an integral part of these specifications. All work performed by the Contractors shall be completed per the Standard Technical Specifications. All work requires the approval of URI staff. Traffic Control for each job will be administered through the Citywide Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) Contractor as stated in the Traffic Controls section of these specifications. The term of these resulting contracts shall be from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, inclusive of the unit pricing being held firm for the term of each contract. The City will rebid at the end of the contract term to establish unit pricing under new contracts with new terms and conditions.
