The traffic paint will be used by the City's Transportation Operations Traffic Section for their yearly traffic marking maintenance program. The awarded vendor will be expected to enter into a contract with the City of Topeka that provides the City with the option to purchase additional quantities of traffic paint at the bid price for a period ending November 1, 202 Traffic Paint Specifications 1. Waterborne 2. Methanol blend (No Ethanol) 3. High build 4. FASTTRACK additive 5. Yellow 250 gallons of traffic paint per tote 6. White 250 gallons of traffic paint per tote 7. Date of paint manufacture must be less than 30 days from date of delivery to the City 8. Bid Price FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed Q And A Open5/2/2024 8:46:00 PM Q And A Close5/10/2024 10:30:00 PM Delivery Traffic paint orders will be submitted by the issuance of a purchase order. Orders will be submitted for quantities of four (4) totes containing 250 gallons each of yellow traffic paint and four (4) totes containing 250 gallons of white traffic paint per each order. Ordered product is to be delivered to the City of Topeka Transportation Operations Section located at 927 NW Harrison Street, Topeka KS 66608 FOB destination prepaid and allowed. Inspection Materials or equipment purchased is subject to inspection and approval at the City's destination. The City of Topeka reserves the right to reject and refuse acceptance of items which are not in accordance with any order. Rejected materials or equipment shall be removed by or at the expense of the seller.
