The Bidding Process for This Project (WP1917) Will be cancelled with the intention of ReBidding in the Near Future to Better Clarify Project Details. This project consists of the removal and legally and lawfully disposing of existing underground fuel tank, and replacement with a 2,000-gallon gasoline fuel tank, fuel dispenser attached to the tank with all associated piping and soil testing for possible contamination. Existing fuel in the tank will be evaluated for quality and if possible, extracted prior to the start of the work by the district. Project Location: 9100 John J Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68122. A Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid The District may reject any or all of the Proposals. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 5 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
