The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Flood Management, Hydrology and Flood Operations Branch invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The services to be provided will be engineering and environmental services in support of flood emergency response and operational planning programs. PAYMENT BOND and PERFORMANCE BOND: If public works (erection, construction, alteration, repair or improvement of public property as indicated in Public Contract Code section 7103(e))) in excess of $25,000 per task order are to be performed under this contract, the Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in an amount not less than 100% of the public works portion of the work performed under the Task Order. Such bond shall be executed by the Contractor and a corporate surety approved by the State The estimated contract value is $25,000,000 Small Business participation 25% goal For questions regarding Small Business Program regulations the Small Business and DVBE Program Manager via email at SB.DVBE@water.ca.gov. Questions must be submitted in writing via email by 2:00PM on Thursday, April 11, 2024, to Cody Goldthrite at Cody.Goldthrite@water.ca.gov. Answers regarding general RFQ questions will be provided via information letter/addendum on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 DWR reserves the right to reject all SOQs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time .
