Requirements Contract for Performance of Periodic (PVT) Elevator Inspections & Filing Inspections with the Department of Buildings, Citywide. No Bid Security Required. The Term of this Contract is three (3) years, with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for two (2) one-year periods.
