Supplying materials required to construct corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls and wingwalls and other related incidental work at three sites The project sites are located; C-66(483) - on Road C between Road 34 and Road 36; C-66(654) - on Road Q between Road 8 and Road 10; C-66(655) - on Road H between Road 32 and Road 34, all in Otoe County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Otoe County 2024 Culverts: C-66(483), C-66(654), & C-66(655)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-66(483) - twin 108" x 49' corrugated metal pipes on a 25 deg. skew (lhb), C-66(654) - single 84" x 163' corrugated metal pipe on a 50 deg. skew (lhb) with 2-20 deg. elbows, C-66(655) - twin 108" x 81' corrugated metal pipes on a 15 deg. skew (lhb) with 2-10 deg. elbows, all with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Otoe County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated time of delivery for the materials with their Bid Proposal. The desired delivery date of the materials is twelve to fourteen weeks after the award of the contract. All materials shall be delivered to the respective project site. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Otoe County Board of Supervisors. The Otoe County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act's competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. 23-3110 to 23-3114.
