Renovation of an educational facility in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Nebraska City Public Schools (the "District") is planning to add inpidual classroom doors to Hayward Elementary ("Project"). The Nebraska City Board of Education passed a resolution to use the design-build contract delivery system pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subpisions Construction Alternatives Act at its meeting on June 10, 2024. The District is seeking organizations and persons interested in serving as the District's Performance Criteria Developer ("PCD") during the Project. Any person or organization applying for consideration by the District must obtain a copy of the District's Design-Build Contract Policy from Superintendent Mark Fritch. The policy describes the PCD's general responsibilities. This letter of interest should provide: (1) A statement of your qualifications and performance data, which should include your capabilities to perform, the adequacy of your personnel, your past record and performance, your experience, and any other information that you feel is appropriate; (2) Documentation showing that you are licensed or certified to practice architecture or engineering pursuant to the Nebraska Engineers and Architects Regulation Act; and (3) Your billing practices and/or billing rates and an estimate of what you may charge for serving as the District's PCD for the Project.
