Reference Number 0000350603 The contract work for this project shall consist of providing COMPLETE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance standards set forth in this specification. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supervision required to properly maintain the landscaped areas in an attractive condition throughout the terms of the contract. Material shall include, but not be limited to, fertilizers. Mulch will be supplied by the CITY. Contractor will install, costs for all items of work, no additional compensation will be paid. The construction and completion of the project indicated above shall be in accordance with the CBC 2007 (Latest Edition) and the Plans and Specifications as prepared for this project. Liquidated Damages There will be a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) assessment for each calendar day that work remains incomplete beyond the time stated in the Proposal Form. Refer to the Proposal Form for specific details. A copy of said document(s) is on file and may be inspected in the office of the City Engineer, located at 34272 Yucaipa Boulevard, Yucaipa, California, 92399. At the time of contract award, the prime contractor shall possess the appropriate contractor's license and/or any combination of specialty contractor's license(s) sufficient to perform the work.
