Site work for a water / sewer project in Marlborough, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes installation of approximately 1,430 feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main, service line replacements, hydrants, valves, curb stops, connections to the existing water distribution system, and other related improvements. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $ 500 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $ 1,000 for each calendar Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed as follows 56 calendar days for substantial completion 70 calendar days for final completion. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his Bid *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
