Site work and paving for a civil project in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This work consists of providing all labor materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform infrastructure rehabilitation such as, but not limited to, storm pipe installation and repairs, ditch bottom inlet and repairs, concrete ditch pavement, underdrain installation, miscellaneous concrete, etc. throughout unincorporated Orange County. This work is in Orange County Florida, retention ponds, primary canals, drainwell vaults, pump stations basins and control structures, point repairs, etc., along County right-of-ways, easements and other sites deemed necessary by the Manager of the Orange County Stormwater Management Division or designee. In the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each electronic offer in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the total estimated contract amount for the base period. Upon notice of award, when the contract amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall execute and deliver to the County the Payment (See: Payment Bond Template) and Performance Bonds (See: Performance Bond Template) as security for the faithful performance and completion of the Work and payment for all materials and labor furnished or supplied in connection with all Work included in the Contract Documents. The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and extend for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, totaling thirty-six (36) months. Question Deadline 05/13/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions electronically. If the Contractor fails to pass the decrease on to the County, the County reserves the right to place the Contractor in default, cancel the award, and remove the Contractor from the County Vendor List for a period of time deemed suitable by the County. In the event of this occurrence, the County further reserves the right to utilize any options as stated herein.
