The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, remove, and relocate sign panels, sign panel overlays, and sign assemblies for ground mount and overhead sign structures. Also included is changeable message signs removal, sign structure removal, coating of sign structure uprights, installation of retroreflective pavement markers and removal and installation of pavement markings in Orange County.
