**As of July 2, 2024 project was awarded to Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc , awarded amount is $2,156,803.50.** The work consists of street base failure and resurfacing on various city streets and two city parking lots within the City limits. Several different types of activities will be used including asphalt concrete "digout" repairs, asphalt concrete overlay, storm drain improvements, concrete curbs, concrete base repair, conduit for future EV chargers, valley gutters, surface milling, traffic markings and striping, traffic control, and other related works. Contractor shall perform the work described in those Contract Documents entitled. 1) Topographic Survey to set local control in order to reset the existing monument and reference point the horizontal and vertical location. 2) Reset Street Monument to the surveyed horizontal and vertical location. 3) File recorded document with San Mateo County department of Survey and Mapping Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project.
