This Request for Tenders ("RFT") is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission ("NPC") to prospective Bidders to submit tenders for the provision of general construction contracting services to supply goods and perform services for the milling and paving of approximately 2.5 km of roadway over 3 different sections of road along the Northern Boulevard of the Niagara River Parkway, between Victoria Avenue intersection in Niagara Falls and The Village of Queenston, Ontario Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
