The project generally consists of an 84-ft precast concrete lagging wall with steel soldier piles, new culvert installation, swale gradation, installation of a rip rap apron for the new culvert, pavement grinding, reconstruction of the roadway structural section in the failed area, paving 4" HMA over 8" of class 2 AB, and guardrail installation.
