Aluminum Traffic Controller Cabinet 1. TS2 Type 1 "P" base mount cabinet Assembly, "P" base mount 56"H x 44"W x 28"D, and natural aluminum finishes outside and inside. A. One shelf has a sliding drawer. B. Shelves are placed to provide the optimal viewing angle of the controller's display. C. The Neutral connecting bars are to be placed on the cabinet's left, center, and right sides. D. Chassis ground connecting bars placed on the left and right sides of the cabinet. E. Outward rotating door handle. F. Double flanged door frame and continuously welded seams to maximize the protection of signal equipment housed from weather elements. G. The cabinet includes lifting ears. 2. 16 Position load bay with full load switches a. (two) terminal facility BIU's if 16 channels, otherwise (one) BIU and 1(one) Detector BIU 3. 16 channel: Wired for eight (8) phase NEMA controller with four (4) overlaps and four (4) pedestrian 4. All load resistors are to be removable from the front panel. 5. Cabinet includes a standard dual circuit solid state NEMA flasher to flash phases 2 and 6 amber and all other phases red. 6. It includes a rackmount for video or detector operation and Opticom, and two slots for 3M Opticom plugin 752 modules. The rack is to be mounted in the center of the shelf. 7. Radio Line Filter on incoming AC power line 8. Wired for 120 VAC, two-wire service with three (3) circuit breakers and one (1) spare circuit breaker; slot (1) 40Amp Breaker for the signal bus, (1) 20Amp breaker for the cabinet equipment (1) 20 Amp Breaker for the Receptacles, Cabinet Light and Ventilation Fan a. It is furnished with EDC0 SHP-300-10 Power Line Surge Protector or equivalent for the Cabinet Equipment. b. Furnished with Hesco /RLS Line Filter LF 60 or equivalent for the signal bus c. Power Panel to be covered entirely with openings for circuit breaker handles. 9. LED cabinet lights (one strip located in the top of the cabinet, the other under the drawer/shelf to illuminate the back panel (T/F), and One (1) Thermostat controlled Ventilation Fan with manual on override switch. 10.
