o Remove existing asphalt. o Excavate area for base stone as needed. o Apply 21-A stone base up to 6". Existing base may be reused if it is of suitable depth and condition. o Grade area to provide proper drainage. o Apply 2.5" of standard asphalt base and apply 1.5" of IM-19 asphalt mix with compaction. o Apply line striping for up to 30 parking spaces at 40' long. o Remove and reinstall concrete stop blocks, supply new blocks as needed. o Approximate area to be paved is 58,723 square feet. Contractors must confirm area with their own measurements as 58,723 square feet is an approximation of the actual area to be paved. o Any required permits are the responsibility of the proposer. o Purchase Order to be issued after July 1, 2024. Dates may be re-negotiated by agreement of RCPS. o Work to be completed by August 30, 2024. o Proposal must include an executable contract which includes all "scope/specifications" above.
