Structural Bridge Steel Materials Purpose Washington County is seeking bids for the purchase of structural bridge steel materials for the Washington County Department of Public Works. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Bids must be clearly marked. The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter into a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Award It is anticipated that this award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. However, Washington County reserves the right to award in the best interest of the County.
