The utility Work is comprised of traditional open cut methodology to install approximately 2,300 linear feet of 8 C900 PVC (DR 18) waterline and 250 linear feet 6 C900 PVC (DR18). The work includes replacement of existing service lines, meter pits, hydrant installation/replacement, installation of appurtenances, including fittings and valves. The project includes surface improvements, including asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter, and landscaping to restore areas impacted by the utility trench. The work will require that all water services and water main lines remain active during the course of construction, with the exception of planned outages coordinated and approved by the City.
