Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The State of Wisconsin (State), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Veteran Affairs (WDVA), requests Bids for access controls system components, installation, and support, specifically the IDentiCard PremiSys system. Hardware shall range from, but is not limited to, wireless door proxy (card) readers, wired proxy (card) readers, system control boards and components, and necessary components to implement door mechanisms. Physical installation of hardware and any required hardware licenses shall be included. Software support shall include the capability to purchase ongoing support (Annual Software Agreements), licenses both for server infrastructure and client access, and the configuration of these systems. The server is housed and must be maintained at the WVH-K location. This system upgrade will start at the Wisconsin Veteran Home at Chippewa Falls and may be used in the future to install the same system at the WDVA's other 5 locations: WVH-K, WVH-UG, SWVMC, NWVMC and CWVMC. WDVA does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum quantity of commodities or services to be ordered shall be rejected.
