As of May 24, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. 1. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost revised to $485,000 due to quantity adjustments and additions for Line Items No. 3, 9, 14. 2. Bid Form Revised (attached) Line Item No. 3, 4" Sanitary Force Main (Direction Bore), estimated quantity to be 494 linear feet. Sanitary force main shall be PVC DR18 Restrained Joint Pipe. 3. Bid Form Revised (attached) to include Line Item No. 14, 4' Wide x 4" Thick Concrete Sidewalk over 2" Compacted Gravel Base. 4. Bid Form Item No. 10, 6' High Chain Link Fence with Gate, (Lump Sum) will include 100 linear feet of ODOT Item 607, Type CLT chain-link fence fabric with tension wire. No barbed wire included as part of this item. Includes all chain-link fence, steel line posts, anchor posts, tension wire, gates, concrete, connectors, etc. as well as (1) one 3' gate and (1) one 14' split gate on stone drive side (north). 5. Revised Site Plan (sketch attached) to show the new configuration of the stone drive accessing the pump station. 6. Electrical Rack Diagram (sketch attached) to show electrical service and rack configuration. 7. For a Temporary Construction Drive include the cost as part of Bid Form Line Item No 9 of the Bid Form, 12" Stone Drive (ODOT 304) Including Subgrade Compaction. 8.
