Site work for a power facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.

Governors Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust for Governors Island (the "Trust") is seeking to engage a construction management firm to manage and successfully complete a new 27kV enclosed substation, totaling approximately 26K GSF, along with over 1 mile of new feeders and associated civil work, to be located on a parcel of land in the southeast section of Governors Island (the "Island"). The detailed scope of work including project diagrams, progress drawings, and specifications can be found in Exhibit E and Exhibit F. Any questions and associated explanations regarding the RFP must be written via email and received by the Trust no later than 5:00pm on May 14th, 2024. No verbal responses to questions will be provided and any information given to Respondents will be shared with all prospective Respondents as an addendum to the RFP (an "Addendum").
