Questions submitted and will be addressed via e-mail 5:00p.m. of the same day Construction Cost Range: <$100,000. Description: The County of Newberry is accepting quotes for the up-fit to the existing conference room to accommodate two offices, as well as modification of the conference room. Project Location: 1309 College Street, Newberry SC PROJECT SCOPE -GENERAL BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS - (see attached proposed floor plan) o New 16'X22' conference room o New 10' X 15' office o New 12' X 20' office o Construction of three new walls with wood studs and drywall attached to the existing ceiling beams where necessary to insure wall stability. o Insulation in roof and walls o Three (3) solid wood interior doors with frames and hardware to match existing doors. o Remove existing accordion style room divider and install over each storage area o Installation of HDMI/Data ports o Two (2) 4'X3' Utility closets with unfinished rear wall. One each in Office One and Office Two. o It is not anticipated that any adjustments to the current HVAC system will be required.
