Question deadline : May 15, 2024 @ 5:00 PM. 1. Phased renovation of the fire station facility to allow for the relocation of several spaces. 2. Relocation of women's locker room. 3. Relocation gear storage. 4. Relocation of fitness room. 5. Renovation of several toilet shower rooms. 6. Renovation for new EMT sleeping quarters. 7. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. work for which includes renovation of approximately 3,200 sq ft of existing space within Fire Station 24 including the existing women's restroom, turnout gear room, small bunk rooms, workout area and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technicalspecifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).Question deadline : May 15, 2024 @ 5:00 PM. 1.
