RFP Contractor - Tuttle & Marion Franklin Pools - Water Play Equipment Pre Qualification. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions: Direct questions via e-mail only to Mary Murray, PE at mlmurray@columbus.gov. Scope of Services: This Request for Proposal is seeking Vendor(s) for Water Play features equipment for the Tuttle and Marion Franklin Pool Designs. These Water Play features can have significantly varied design parameters and CRPD is intending to select an equipment Vendor for each site during the design stages to be used for detailed design and then bidding for construction (no substitutions to be allowed for water play features). Selected Vendors will be required to work with OHM to integrate their products into the overall Projects. Scope of Work The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) is requesting proposals from qualified Aquatics Play features equipment providers. Counsilman-Hunsaker is currently providing aquatics consulting services for replacement of the Tuttle and Marion Franklin outdoor swimming pools for CRPD, located in Columbus, Ohio. CRPD has determined it to be in their best interest to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit Water Play features design proposals from select Vendors. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP and reject any bid or proposal, in whole or in part, for good cause when it is in the best interests of the City.
