Use recommended primer/ sealer and adhesive per Manufacturer's guidelines. Demo and disposal of the existing carpet tile and wall base. On-site dumpster provided by contractor. Install New wall base Johnsonite CB 20 4 x 4 1/8 toe Charcoal. Furniture lift in place and move as needed. Work hours will be 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project, if the bid exceeds $75,000. BOND - Bids exceeding $50,000 require a bond with Power of Attorney for the full amount of your proposal and will be requested with the Intent to Award package EDGE participation is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Participation should include 5% of the full bid amount including labor and materials. EDGE vendors can include labor and material suppliers. Contractor to provide the following compliance documentation upon contract award: Valid BWC certificate Proof of participation in the BWC Drug Free Safety Program, or signed affidavit Proof of Liability Insurance EEO Certificate of Compliance
