These specifications are prepared for a contract to supply electrical supplies as needed for the City of Kenner. This annual contract shall be valid for (2) two years, upon execution. Renewal Option: The option of extending/renewing the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms based on mutual consent of Kenner and Contractor. Extension/renewal will be considered, provided all terms, pricing and conditions of the existing contract remain the same. Questions on this bid are to be emailed to FINcontracts@kenner.la.us no later than FIVE (5) working days prior to bid opening. The City of Kenner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and waive informalities. However, the provisions and requirements of the Louisiana Public Bid law, those stated in the advertisement for bids, those provided in the bid form and written specifications shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by the City of Kenner. The City of Kenner will accept one price for each item unless otherwise indicated. Two or more prices for one item will result in bid rejection. Failure to bid on an item will also result in rejection of the bid.
