Reconstruction of Sullivan Rd, east of Mercy Lane to the intersection of Sullivan Rd and Lake Street (Rte. 31), along with reconstruction of the intersection for dual left and pavement widening with new traffic signal. Project scope will include engineering design services, permitting and construction. The project is included in the City's 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 9, 2025, per owner, no update. No improvements planned for this intersection at this time. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
