Liquated damages apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, made payable to Union Township. All materials must meet PennDOT specifications as per PennDOT publication 408 and obtained from a source listed on Bulletin 14. Union Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
