Renovation of a library in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 2975 ft2(277 m2)of existing Standing seam metal roof system and the installation of a new SBS and standing seam metal roof systems. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on upon award; the completion date is October 30, 2024. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. The successful Bidder shall deliver a performance bond and labour and material bond to the Owner with the execution of the Contract. Both bonds shall be written in the amount of 50% of the Contract Sum This project is being professionally managed on behalf of the City of Weyburn by RMIS.
