The City of Weyburn is seeking quotations for the asphalt reconstruction and rehabilitation of the following locations within the City of Weyburn: Part 1 and Part 2: Stripping/excavation of existing asphalt, base and subgrade to depths of 485 mm - 600 mm, reconstruction and repaving (80 - 100 mm asphalt depths) at two locations (Railway Avenue between 5th Street and 10th Street and Moore Street between Sims Avenue and 1st Avenue SW). Part 3 and Part 4: Milling (50 mm depth) of existing pavement, completing localized deep repairs and recapping (50 mm depth) on Prairie Avenue (between Government Road and Mergens Street) and at eight (8) roadway intersections along east side of Government Road from 2nd Avenue S. to 9th Avenue S.) Part 5: 13th Street Repair (approximately 170 m2 area). Excavation of existing asphalt, base and subgrade to a depth of 600 mm. Install woven geotextile. Rebuild base with City supplied crushed concrete (500 mm depth), apply tack coat and 100 mm overlay of new asphalt. Part 6: Weyburn Airport rehabilitation including: Stripping/excavation of approximately 2,700 m2 of existing asphalt and base to a depth of 50 - 75 mm, and repaving with 50 - 75 mm thickness of new asphalt within Taxiway C, Apron 1 and the entrance road. Crack sealing a total of 56,875 m2 of the asphalt surfaces on Taxiway A, Taxiway B and the main runway followed by fog sealing approximately 68,750 m2 of the asphalt surfaces on all the taxiways, Apron 1 and the main runway. Part 7: Application of a fog seal treatment on approximately 5,400 m2 of the resurfaced asphalt surface at the intersection of 16th Street and 1st Avenue NE.
