The Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97 invites tenders for the supply and spread of approximately 12,000 cubic yards, more or less, of 7/8" traffic gravel on various roads within the Municipality. Gravel must be placed at spring thaw as determined by Counci 1. The RM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowes or any tender is not necessarily accepted. 2. The RM reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender for any reason. 3. The RM will consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work to be relevant to its decision. 4. Tenders must be received by the Municipality by the closing date and time. Late tenders will automatically be rejected. 5. Tenders must not be incomplete, qualified, conditional, illegal, obscure, illegible or irregular in any way. 7. The RM reserves the right to withdraw any or all tenders or any portion thereof. 8. Tenders will be considered based on total unit price. 9.
