Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Weyburn is seeking quotations for the 2024 concrete work within the City consisting of the following three (3) parts: Part 1: Replace existing curb, gutter and walk, as required, with new reinforced accessible pedestrian ramps at four (4) intersections totaling 69 m2. Part 2: Excavate existing sidewalk panels and install new reinforced concrete sidewalk panels at various locations within the City of Weyburn totaling 738 m2. Part 3: Replace sections of concrete curbing with new reinforced standard curb and gutter on two blocks of Railway Avenue for up to a total linear length of 700 m. This curbing work needs to be completed prior to the asphalt rehabilitation project. Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 will be awarded together as one project; therefore contractor must be able to compete all three parts of the work scope within the outlined schedule milestones. All work is subject to budget constraints therefore select locations may be deleted from the work scope to remain within budget allotment.
