As of September 24 2025 there still no bids or award. 7/15/2024 the owner stated this project will not be awarded. Chamonix Playground Bidders must meet or exceed all specifications and requirements as set forth in bidding documents. Contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, labor, tools, transportation, supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check, attached to this bid made payable to Riverton City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid price. The bid bond or check of the accepted bidder shall be forfeited in the event said bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract and/or fails to furnish the additional bonds required herein. Checks submitted in lieu of bid bonds from unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon request. The successful bidder must submit to Riverton City full performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Work cannot begin until bonds have been received by the City. Bonding costs must be included in bid price. Playground must be installed by June 30, 2024.
