Site work for a municipal facility in North Platte, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
For rough grading earthwork for North Platte Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). Generally, the project consists of 200,000+/- yards of compacted, moisture adjusted import fill, 10+/- acres of site stripping and additional mass earthwork. Unit bid quantities are provided in the bid documents. The bid shall be sealed and addressed to the City Clerk; 211 West 3rd Street; North Platte, NE 69101 and be labeled on the outside, "BID North Platte WRRF Rough Grading". All bids must be made up on the forms provided by the City of North Platte and must be legibly written in ink or typewritten. Only one bid is allowed per bidder. No alterations in the proposal by erasures or interlineations will be permitted unless initialed by the bidder. Bids made up on blanks other than those furnished by the City will be rejected. The City of North Platte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any proposal. The City of North Platte reserves the sole right to determine the type of equipment and material which will serve its best interests, based on its own comparative estimates, and on its own evaluation of the same, and award contract accordingly.
