Renovation of a library in North Platte, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and plant and all else necessary to properly replace air conditioner at North Platte Public Library, located at 120 W 4th St. The City of North Platte, Nebraska, reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids. Chiller Technical Data: - 35-40 Ton Capacity - 200 Amp Max. Overcurrent Protection - 30% Glycol Concentration - 95 Degree Ambient Air Temperature Design - 44 degree designed LWT - Air-Cooled - Multi-Stage - 1-year parts and labor warranty - 208/240V 3 Phase - 200 Amp 3 Phase disconnect switch - 55-160 gpm flow rate - Controls as necessary for operation Piping Technical Data: Provide and install a base mounted pump with accessories and housekeeping pad, buffer tank, air separator and auto fill with backflow preventer. Removal of the existing pump, buffer tank and piping Piping from the new chiller on the roof to the pump, chilled water coil in the air handler and buffer tank. Piping is to be in schedule 40, A53 black steel pipe with malleable iron fittings and/or roll grooved/ treaded joints as deemed necessary. Insulate piping to meet code. See below. Treatment of water and a year of quarterly testing by qualified company
